"Bless the LORD, O my soul" We are in constant conversation with ourselves. Last week we saw the Psalmist preaching to his own soul that he must hope in God even in moments of deep despair. This week, we find the Psalmist communicating to his own soul once again. This time, however, he is not seeking to comfort himself, rather he is looking to stir himself up with the praises of God from the depths of his own soul.
