We serve children on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights, providing age-appropriate care, teaching, and fun.
The Gospel – Jesus and His saving work are at the center of every lesson.
Biblical – We teach directly from God’s Word.
Relational – We build caring, consistent relationships with children and families.
Reliability – Parents can trust us to be prepared, present, and faithful.
Hope – We point children to the lasting hope found in Christ
All Children’s Ministry volunteers complete a thorough 4-step process:
Step 1: Must be a member of St. Rose Community Church
Step 2: Complete sexual abuse awareness training
Step 3: Pass a criminal background check
Step 4: Sign and agree to our Children’s Ministry policies and procedures
We also follow structured safety practices in our classrooms and programs to ensure a secure environment for every child.
Babies–2 Years Old
Children in this age group are brought directly to the nursery before the service begins, where they are cared for by our trained volunteers in a nurturing, safe environment.
3–4 Year Olds
Preschoolers begin the service in corporate worship with their families. They are then dismissed during the service to attend their class, where they enjoy Bible stories, songs and prayer along with simple activities and play.
Thinking about joining us this Sunday? To help us serve your family well, please register your child:
Each Wednesday includes an hour-long time together filled with games, activites, and a Bible lesson.
We also offer a van route in St. Rose to pick up students and bring them to and from church for the program.
Community Kids is a great space for children to build friendships, have fun, and grow in their understanding of God’s Word.
